1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any product offered by Olune Studio ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of devices specified at purchase. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the software.

3. Refunds

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of purchase. After that period, all sales are final.

4. Updates and Support

Each license includes 12 months of free updates from the date of purchase. After this period, you keep the version you have, and renewals are optional.

5. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
